Sensa seems to be becoming more and more popular as times goes by! Unlike many of the other miracle weight loss products that seem to pop up then disappear, Sensa looks like it’s here to stay. This is mainly due to it’s aggressive advertising campaign plus the fact that it actually does work for some people.

The present question isn’t about Sensa’s effectiveness as a weight loss product but rather some of the side effects that have been reported by people that have used it. So the question is: Is Sensa actually safe and should you be worried about any of the reported Sensa side effects?

Sensa doesn’t claim to be a natural health product. This is because there is nothing natural about Sensa! Sensa is made up of several synthesized products, none of which, I have to say, are in any way dangerous for human consumption. In fact Sensa is FDA approved (if that actually means anything anymore) so it’s safe to say that it’s not dangerous. That doesn’t mean that it won’t cause adverse reactions and side effects in some people though.

So What Are The Side Effects of Sensa?

This is the burning question that lots of folks want to know before they start using it. If you ignore the over hyped Sensa side effects reported by a tiny minority of hypochondriacs, the actual possible side effects of using Sensa aren’t really that serious. They still might be enough to put some people off though!

The Most Commonly Reported Side Effects of Using Sensa Are:

  • headaches
  • stomach upsets
  • dizziness
  • loose bowels
  • itching
  • swellings

This is according to http://makingsenseofsensa.com/are-there-any-side-effects/. That report also contains a number of comments from readers who have experienced some more serious side effects, but generally speaking the ones listed above are the most common.

In my own personal opinion there are a lot more dangerous weight loss systems out there than Sensa. That doesn’t mean I recommend using it though!

It’s probably not what you want to hear but sticking to a moderately healthy diet, not eating after 8pm and making sure you get some exercise everyday is all you need to do to lose weight! While Sensa may help you to eat less, it’s not worth it if you ask me.

On the flip side though, Sensa is pretty cheap to try. If you find that it helps you to lose some weight and you are lucky enough not to experience any of the dreaded Sensa side effects, go ahead and stick with it.

Just make sure you keep a check on how your feeling during the first 2 or 3 days of using it though.
