		<description>It would have been informative, if the article had given a clear understanding of what level of exercise was used that was found beneficial. What was the light exercise done by the "lowest exercise group"? Is it something that people with some physical limitations can do? What did the investigators call light exercise? A little information goes a long way, but there was to little in the three paragraphs of that article. Did I miss a clear reference? Maybe if I search through the AHA website I'll find something.</description>
