What was the light exercise done by the "lowest exercise group"? Is it something that people with some physical limitations can do? What did the investigators call light exercise? A little information goes a long way, but there was to little in the three paragraphs of that article. Did I miss a clear reference? Maybe if I search through the AHA website I'll find something.
